I'm a wife to my beloved husband of 7 years, and a mother to my 3 children 5 and under. My days are filled with messy crafts, joyful music, band-aids, and an unhealthy amount of coffee (unapologetically). I'm drawn to all things historic, east coast, and outdoors.

WHY I'M QUALIFIED
My experience goes beyond the last 5 years of photographing weddings, it's in my blood. I was raised by a mother who photographed everything on her canon rebel and taught me everything she learned as she went. Her uncle was a film shop owner, back when digital wasn't yet a thing! When I had my son I did unofficial branding photos for a clothing store and kept running into the issue of running out of phone storage. My mother-in-law came to the rescue by handing over her professional equipment from the early 2000's so that I could move up to the next level in my work. Photography has always been a part of my life, and it's always made sense- I just never dreamed that I would open so many doors for me!

I approach photography with intention, not tradition. I’m not here to recreate moments, I’m here to interpret them in a way that feels honest, artful, and alive long after they’ve passed. I prioritize light, movement, and emotion over perfection, allowing each frame to unfold naturally while guiding it with a refined, editorial perspective. My work lives in the balance between documentary truth and thoughtful direction, creating imagery that feels current yet enduring. My art is rooted in real connection and shaped by how it felt to be there.

Do you travel?
The short answer, yes! For weddings, US-based travel is included in my 10-12 hour packages. For smaller sessions, be sure to inquire for a travel fee outside of Houston.
What is Super 8?
Super 8 is a retro, old-school film format of video. Full of perfect imperfections, this soundless video makes for the most nostalgic form of documentation on your wedding weekend.
How many photos can we expect in our gallery?
I have a 50 photos per hour of coverage minimum, but I always over deliver! Most couples see about 800-1,000 photos in a traditional wedding gallery, whereas families see closer to 75-100. Roughly 30-40% of each gallery is film.
